    A basic item which does what it needs to. Good for core strengthening but also a good workout for feet and ankles. Use as part of overall fitness program. Good value.

    Will be great when I can master it properly. I can see how it improves balance and muscle control. There are different exercises to do on it which makes it more interesting and challenging. A great item

    I enjoy this product as Im now in my fifties but when i was a youth I ice skated which has its element of balance skill and this balance board has allowed me to strengthen those innner core muscles that maintain our balance... its fun
