    This was a really great item and worked brilliantly when tested before installing itThen we lost part of the base that the remote works with and only found out a piece was missing so we had to manually set it upWich i was so upset over and have been trying to buy another for a year now but they are always sold out i really wish i could purchase more as i would buy one for my son He would love this type of thing for his own home..I would also love one for my grandsons home i think he could do ok with using the remote if needed and shown how because he is intellectually challenged ..This would be so so good for him to use when needed... Thank you for your product I hope you have more to sell soonExcellent
